Refund policy

30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered (based on the tracking delivery date). Please note that requests made beyond 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged merchandise.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at service@xingda.shop or call us at +1 256 269 3806. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the detailed return shipping instructions and the specific return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a prepaid return shipping label for you.

  • Change of mind / Not fitting: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the item does not fit, or you simply do not like it, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
